I put all my groceries away and then I wash my fruits and veggies, slice and chop, then put them away. For things like carrots and celery, I chop some and make sticks out of some. Everything goes in sealed glass containers so I can see it in the fridge. <BR/>I hadn't thought of the grating cheese part.
