4th of July For Kids: Tip One

Learning time at our house this week is focusing on the true meaning of the Fourth of July. My kids think it's all about fireworks. Each day this week I'll tip on an easy way to teach your kids about America, Freedom and Patriotism.

Tip One: buy a flag and display it. Any size, any price will do. And while you're at it, teach your kids about flag etiquette. Such as taking the flag down before dark, or putting a spotlight on the flag if it stays out at night. This website is a great resource for that.
