July is a great month to start Christmas shopping. What?! you say! I mean it. Garage sales in abundance (go late for super deals) and stores, like the magnificent Target, clearing out toys. A glance down any toy aisle at Target fills your eyes with those lovely little red clearance tags. Play Doh, baby dolls, trains, games, bubbles, Barbies, go stock up!
