I'm sure there was a better title out there for this post but I'm sticking with
Food Balls. The kids and I made this tasty treat this week (that I originally saw in Family Fun a few months back).
Mix 1/2 C peanut butter, a smashed up banana and 1/4 cup each wheat germ and flax seed.
Roll into balls, 1/2"-1" is good.
Roll balls in mini chocolate chips.
Voila.
Refrigerate for a few minutes then dig in. Abel sure did.
This recipe can be altered basically any way you like. Add more stuff, leave out some stuff, roll in other stuff. I love flexible food!
