Sometimes I get mad at my budget because it makes me say things like, "Oh, we don't have the budget for that." I'm a pleaser and a really hate having to be the putting-the-foot-down-because-of-the-budget gal. That's why this article over at msnbc perked my interest.
Head over here and read up on the 60% budget. Beware, budgeters are seen an anal-compulsive... which only made me want to read on!
