if you ever run into the problem of not having enough of those handy little plastic containers (especially for freezing your food), here is a super-cool tip.
*freeze food as usual, in the container
*remove from freezer, run container under hot water for a minute to loosen
*pop the frozen food out
*place in a zippy bag, and place back in the freezer
*now you can use the container again!
i love this idea, and if i hadn't recently purchased a plethora of containers on sale, i would be all over this. i am however, about to try it out on some larger sized containers. very handy for all the tasty freezer friendly recipe's we just got from glorious lindsey (who was helping out reader erika).
