Got any wilting broccoli on hand? How about some fettucine or an extra hot dog bun? Put these extra food items to new use by turning them into paint brushes. Broccoli makes a really cool texture, pasta noodles turn painting into drawing and hot dog buns are the ultimate paint spreader.
Any paint will work- I'm always a big fan of Crayola Washable paints- this is a fantastic time to paint with Cool Whip, yogurt, sour cream (add food coloring for even more food fun), or a salad dressing that's been hanging out in your fridge for seven months.
