Collecting food storage items is OVERWHELMING, especially if you are starting from nothing. Take a deep breath, and then choose one item a month to focus on. You can start easy and get extra salt, baking powder and baking soda each week for a month. Or fill up clean juice and soda bottles with water for a month until you have enough for your family. Maybe you need a bit more of a plan, so map out what you will focus on each month for an entire year.
