Sesame Peanut Noodles

Do not let the name of this recipe make you think this is a time consuming or tricky process. Sesame Peanut Noodles and yummy and easy and fast!! Here's the recipe:

Puree these ingredients in blender:
10 cloves garlic
1/2 C peanut butter
1/2 C soy sauce
5 T sugar (only is using natural PB...which I recommend! Skippy Natural is my fave)
1 T hot chile oil
1/2 tsp dry sherry (cooking kind is just fine)
1/4-1/2 C water (depending on the thickness desired)

If you have 2 hours to let the sauce sit, please do. If not, go right on ahead and use (I do that all the time!)

Cook up one box of spaghetti and toss with 1 tsp dark sesame oil and then with the sauce.

If you want to have something else with the noodles, cook up some teriyaki chicken. I love love love this easy sauce from Cafe Johnsonia (just think a cup, a cup, a cup)

1 C soy sauce
1 C sugar
1 C water

This works great in crock pot or simmering on the stove.
